As a Motion Studio Manager with over 8 years of experience in motion design, broadcast media, and brand communication. My work focuses on building creative systems that help organizations deliver clear, consistent, and impactful visual storytelling across platforms.

Currently, I lead the BEC Motion Studio at BEC World, an internal creative studio providing motion design and video production services for departments and subsidiaries across the organization. In this role, I oversee creative direction, production workflows, and the development of motion design systems that support large-scale brand communication.

I also developed the CH3 Brand Identity System, the organization’s first unified brand framework, and support its implementation across departments and business units.

Beyond production, I focus on developing scalable creative workflows, mentoring designers, and cultivating a studio environment that supports high-quality creative work and continuous growth.

My goal is to bridge creative vision with structured design systems, enabling teams to create work that is both strategically aligned and creatively strong.
